At The Way We Grow Infant Center is (RIE) Resources Infant Educarers that of Magda Gerber, as Educarers we believe in non-restrictive development. We do not use walkers or any type of equipment that would restrict the natural movement of children.

At The Way We Grow Infant Center we provide the children an environment that is safe, supportive, fun nurturing and loving, one which encourages physical, mental, social and emotional development for each child.  Our environment is child centered with a curriculum that focuses on the social learning theory, that positive change is a result of an individuals exposure to positive situations within their environment.

Eligibility is on a non-discriminatory basis, equal treatment and access to services is given without regard to race, creed, color, religion, national origin or ancestry..
Our Philosophy
Our Curriculum
Our curriculum is designed to encourage optimum growth through each stage of a child's development.

Language Development -
  • Recognize alphabet and words. 
  • Develop self expression and verbal development through correct lanuage usage.

Social Development -
  • Social interaction with other children.
  • Recognize and accept individual differences and similarities in children.
  • Encourage positive interactions.

Physical Development -
  • Promote physical coordination and a variety of skills, such as gross motor skills, eye-hand coordination, and spatial awareness.
  • We encourage physicalk activities thorugh tricycle riding, dancing, running etc.

Creative Arts -
  • We develop creative express, through imagination, easel painting, crayons, water color, playdough which all help to develop fine motor skills.

Math and Science -
  • We provide opportunities for children to learn concepts of measuring, sorting and counting of objects.
  • They learn to recognize the sequence of numerical symbols.

  • Explore nature,the animal kingsom,, plant life and the environment.


Our Purpose
Is to provide a safe service for parents that want quality, affordable and loving care for their children. Our parents work or attend school full-time and want a place for their child(ren) to make new friends in a fun learning environment with children of the same ages.

We serve children ages less than a month until their third birthday. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 7:00AM until 6:00PM. January through December.
